Steven O’Brien of Rochester founded Cheese Masters, Inc in August of 2011 and over the past 13 months has been in negotiations with several malls and property management companies in New York State and Pennsylvania. Ultimately, he decided to open the first store at Eastview.
Cheese Masters plans to use Rochester as a test market moving forward and into the future. Cheese Masters is located in a free-standing kiosk in the food court at Eastview.
