Senator Mike Nozzolio announced that he will be partnering with Time Warner Cable to host a free electronic recycling event Oct. 27 at Finger Lakes Racetrack.
Members of the public are invited to drop off old electronics and small appliances for recycling at no cost. Volunteers will be on hand to unload all vehicles and direct traffic.
Items that will be accepted for recycling include: computers, printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, televisions, cell phones, IT and networking equipment, medical and lab equipment, communications equipment, phones, servers, monitors, MP3 players, PDA's, tablets, ink and toner cartridges and anything else with a circuit board or cord.
