Otto Tomotto chef/owner Tim Archetko led the charge on May 21 to throw the kind of party where no one goes hungry.
Archetko, along with restaurant staff and volunteers served a total of 1400 pasta and meatball dinners for $5 each, grossing over $7300, every dollar of which went to support the Victor Farmington Food Cupboard.
For a second year, mall neighbor Posella's Pizzeria added extra oven space, as staff members spent the day cooking backup batches of Archetko’s meatballs.
Sweet Times Bakery, also in Phoenix Mills Plaza, assisted with keeping a special birthday cake chilled until it could be served.
Legends 102.7 broadcast live from the restaurant during the celebration.
