“Oh, My Healthy Back” will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1 at the Constellation Center for Health and Healing at F.F. Thompson Hospital, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua.
This class will teach individuals with lower back pain about their spine and management of pain. The class will discuss spinal anatomy, spinal conditions, theories about lower back pain and basic management techniques. This seminar is not intended to substitute for medical care.
