The Victor Garden Club has recognized the members of the Armed Forces for their past and present service. Members of the garden club members have placed a red, white and blue planter in front of the Victor Town Hall, Village Hall and library, as well as the Farmington Town Hall and VA building in Canandaigua to honor military families. Their service is greatly appreciated.
