Squad was 5-1 over two days to win Thomas Pariso Memorial Day tournament in Webster

The Victor 10u baseball team repeated as champions of the Thomas Pariso Memorial Day tournament in Webster over Memorial Day weekend.

The team went 5-1 and won all four games Sunday. Victor scored 64 runs across the two-day tournament, leading to over 10 runs per game while limiting teams to 5 runs per game. The next closest team scored 41 runs.

Victor won the championship game on pitching and defense, however, taking the semifinal (and avenging their only loss by one run) over Rush-Henrietta 6-5 and the final over host Webster 4-3. Both games ended on strikeouts by the opposing teams with runners on base.
