There is some very ugly graffiti on the Lincoln Road underpass bridge in East Rochester. I was informed by village officials that this bridge is owned by the railroad and it’s their responsibility to deal with graffiti. This is obviously a very low priority job for them, so they do absolutely nothing.
The village officials also do nothing because they’re not allowed to — East Rochester does not own the bridge.
Nobody does anything, and the residents get to look at this ugly mess every day.
