We wish to commend the Irondequoit DPW, who were called to our home twice in less than three weeks for basement flooding. They responded in less than an hour of our phone calls each time, even though one was after regular town hours. Both times, they were hard-working, professional and courteous. They thoroughly addressed the problem and were able to correct it. Not only was the problem corrected, but they left our home with minimal disruption.
If we were in business, these are people we would want working for us.
