I have known Thomas “Toby” Reh for over 20 years, and have had the opportunity to observe his outstanding service to the community as an Assistant District Attorney and an attorney in our community. Toby is reliable, trustworthy, of good conduct and character, and he possesses requirements of honesty and integrity that we want in our judge. Toby Reh will be an outstanding judge for the Town of Victor.
During my association with Judge Marty Lyng, he did affirm my opinion of Thomas “Toby” Reh, referring to Toby as an outstanding lawyer whose professional competency is second to none. In my career as a member of the New York State Police, I have had the opportunity to associate with many magistrates in the New York State Judicial System, and Thomas “Toby” Reh will be a valuable addition to their ranks.
