Deputies said they found a car in the creek with an injured driver.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said they believe a road rage incident preceded a rollover crash in East Bloomfield on Saturday. Deputies said they responded shortly before 7:10 p.m. to the intersection of County Road 39 and Church Street where they found a 2009 Red Chevrolet Impala in a creek on the west side of County Road 39.

According to deputies, there had been a road rage incident and driver of the vehicle, Aaron Wehrman, 51, of Bloomfield, had been driving too fast on a curve.

Wehrman was ticketed with speed not reasonable and prudent. Wehrman was taken to Thompson Hospital by East Bloomfield ambulance with complaints of back and left arm pain.
