Geneva City Police reported a three-month long drug investigation ended with arrests made at 17 North Wadsworth St.

Geneva City Police reported that a three-month long drug investigation has ended, with police seizing about $4,000 in powdered cocaine and $1,100 in US currency at 17 North Wadsworth St. in the city.
FrankDerick J. Lugo, 19, of 17 N. Wadsworth St. Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony. Addition felony charges are pending.
Two others at the residence were charged with with unlawful possession of marijuana: Alexander Lugo, 21, and Carlos J. Davila-Lugo, 18. Both men were released, according to police.
The investigation involved Geneva Police Detective Bureau, Drug Enforcement of Geneva and Ontario and Seneca counties along with marked patrols of Geneva Police and Ontario County Sheriff’s Department.
FrankDerick J. Lugo was taken to Ontario County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000, or $50,000 bond.
