Bristol Valley Theater is gearing up for its annual community storytelling event featuring locals sharing true stories from life experience — based on a theme. The topic: “We All Have To Live Here: Stories About Getting Along (or Trying To)”
Sarah Larysz will MC the event to take place Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. Speakers will include Susanna Rose, Robert Dugan, Nathan Hayes, and Annie Almekinder. People are invited to come early to enjoy refreshments.
The program will take place at BVT, 151 South Main St. Naples. Cost is $7 per person.
“All around, it’s been a tough year for “brotherly love,” and our nerves are worn a little thin,” said Larysz. “Come watch local people share their personal stories about how they get along with unexpected situations and raised tensions, with everyone from unexpected roommates, to political opposites, to nervy furry critters.” She said the program is “where you get to see a side of people you might not otherwise see, and perhaps, understand them a little better.”
