Ontario County Public Health will host its 2016 Rabies Prevention Clinic this Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon in Farmington.

HOPEWELL — Ontario County Public Health will host its 2016 Rabies Prevention Clinic this Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon. Because instances of rabies have been documented in Ontario County, dogs, cats, and ferrets in Ontario County are required to be vaccinated against rabies at all times.

The clinic, held at the Farmington Highway Garage, 985 Hook Road in Farmington, is free but donations are appreciated.
