The vehicle went off the west side of the road, down the bank, struck a fence and then a house at 3290 Algerine St.

A Stanley teen lost control of her car that went over an embankment, struck a fence and then hit a house, according to Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies said Kea M. Smith, 18, of 2274 Route 5, was headed south on Algerine Street shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday when she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle then went off the west side of the road, down a bank, struck a fence and then hit a house at 3290 Algerine St.
Smith suffered facial and leg injuries and was going to seek medical treatment later if needed, deputies said.
The house was damaged on the outside and inside wall on the north side of the residence. There were also some items damaged inside the house, deputies said.
Hopewell Fire Department and Finger Lakes Ambulance helped at the scene.
No tickets were issued.
