A Farmington woman is facing several charges after allegedly waving a kitchen knife at a victim and biting one sheriff’s deputy and spitting on another as they tried to arrest her.
Theresa Elizabeth Raia, 39, of 1440 Fraser Way, was charged July 2 with second-degree menacing, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, two counts of second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to Ontario
County sheriff’s deputies.
Raia, who deputies said called 911, also allegedly kicked the inside of a sheriff’s vehicle, knocking a window off its track, deputies said.
Raia was taken to Ontario County Jail.
