A trial date has been set for four men police say were involved in an armed robbery at Gold 4 Cash in Brighton last year.
Brandon Douglas, Marquis Elliot, Brandon Johnson and Clayton Woods were in court Monday morning. State Supreme Court Judge Thomas Moran set a trial date for Jan. 14.
Police say the four men went into the Gold 4 Cash store, roughed up the owner, and stole cash and diamonds.
They are due back in court on Jan. 10 at 9 a.m. for a pre-trial conference.
