A Victor man has been charged after allegedly having sexual contact with a girl under the age of 13, according to Ontario County sheriff’s deputies.
Christian Johnson-Lema, 39, of 7934 Shire Lane, was charged June 21 with first-degree sexual abuse after an investigation into an allegation he touched the girl earlier this year, deputies said.
Johnson was taken to Ontario County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
A temporary order of protection has been issued, deputies said.
