A Monroe County man has been charged after he was found allegedly carrying an expandable steel baton in the town of Victor.
Michael Patrick Cordon, 22, of 15 Klafehn Drive, Hilton, was charged Aug. 23 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to Ontario County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies had been called to Sagamore Way to investigate a report of suspicious men in the area.
Cordon is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
