The woman involved in a tragic jet ski crash on Canandaigua Lake is out of the hospital.
Kerry Pierson injured in the crash earlier this month. Her three-year-old son, Samuel, was killed.
Police say Pierson and her son were riding the jet ski on Canandaigua Lake when they pulled up to a dock area to see friends.
Witnesses say the jet ski accelerated and they crashed into a break wall.
