For local makeup artist Kerry Boyle, looking good is serious business. The NARS brand cosmetics counter manager has been changing the faces of area shoppers since 2009 at Eastview Mall’s Lord & Taylor. This year she received national recognition for her skill when she was named NARS Cosmetics Artist of the Year.
“Kerry has built the NARS business over the last three years one customer at a time,” said the Lord & Taylor General Manager, Brad Hicks. “She has grown the business to where it is today with her talent. NARS clientele return again and again to experience Kerry’s makeup artistry and the latest trends.”
As a part of her award, Boyle was able to spend a few days in New York City with other members of the National NARS team, and was able to meet Francois Nars, the founder of the company. She also received a memory book of her trip.
“Kerry has been a integral part of NARS success at Lord and Taylor Eastview Mall,” said Heidi Womer, area sales manager for the store’s cosmetics department. “She is passionate about the brand and would love to have everyone experience NARS cosmetics. Kerry’s artistry and talent are why she was recognized as one of the top three make up artists in the country.”
A licensed esthetician, Boyle is also a business owner in the village of Victor.
