Street-side scarecrows stand watch over Victor

Scarecrows are dressed to the nines throughout downtown Victor this month as area businesses and residents show their school spirit, display their talent and support local businesses and non-profit organizations. Presented by the Victor Local Development Corporation, the scarecrow “parade” will be on display through the end of October.
